Students apply operational, manipulative and organisational skills and processes of technology to create or modify products, systems, services or environments that meet human needs, realise opportunities and to solve technology challenges. Students understand how cultural beliefs, values, ethical positions and abilities influence attitudes towards technology, and the development and use of technology.
